workshops Administrator's Tools I
In the Administrator's Tools Workshop, participants learn administrative procedures for the World of Work Inventory. By the end of the session, you will not only be qualified to administer the WOWI, but you will also have a more complete understanding of the assessment in general and its purpose in assisting clients.

Objectives
  • Get familiarized and enjoy the security of a password protected administrative account.

  • Discover how to set up User IDs and Passwords for clients either on an individual or a group basis. Individually set up clients allows for personalized IDs, whereas those set up in the group format will be randomly computer-generated for you. Your clients may then use these User IDs and Passwords to login and take the assessment online.

  • View the progress of your clients including when they last logged in or how many questions of a section they have answered.

  • Recognize the versatility in administering the WOWI Online. When it is more convenient or appropriate to do so, using the Quick Entry Feature, you can administer the test to your client via paper-and-pencil then enter the clients' responses online to access the results instantaneously.

  • Become comfortable accessing your clients' WOWI Reports immediately after the tests are completed online.

  • See how easily WOWI Reports can be saved, emailed or/and printed to be used how you see fit.
