Dan is an organisational psychologist, member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and Member of the Australian Psychological Association with over 15 years experience. He has worked as organisational consultant, executive coach, and worked in the recruitment, employment and training industries. Dan has conducted over 7000 job interviews across public and private sectors, trained recruitment personnel in interview techniques and consulted to private companies, state government bodies, insurance companies, rehabilitation groups and law firms in relation to career selection, career management and employability assessments. Dan has helped thousands of people make better job decisions which have lead to more satisfying and enjoyable careers. His experiences span the spectrum, from new school or university graduates, redundant employees, workers with injuries, to the long-term unemployed.
