WOWI Online is easily administered via the Internet. Sometimes, however, it is more convenient or appropriate to administer the World of Work Inventory (WOWI) by paper-and-pencil and use WOWI Online to transmit the data.

Once you have purchased a site license, you can administer the WOWI using a:

• WOWI Short Form Assessment Booklet
• WOWI Online Quick Entry Answer Sheet

(You can download Quick Entry Answer Sheets by logging into your administrator's account and clicking on the "Quick Entry Answer Sheet" link.)

Administering the WOWI to your Clients
Provide your clients with WOWI Short Form Assessment Booklets, Quick Entry Answer Sheets and scratch paper. Instruct them to follow the directions, completing either the entire test or only the sections you specify. Give them any other instructions that you may normally add.

Online Scoring
After clients have completed the assessment, the administrator can then enter their responses and submit the data by following the WOWI Online Quick Entry instructions in the Administrator's Tools. This process takes about 2-5 minutes per client to complete.
