It is not required that you be certified by World of Work, Inc. to administer and interpret the World of Work Inventory (WOWI). However, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our interpretation resources. They are invaluable in helping you more effectively use the WOWI to identify suitable careers for your clients.
WOWI Workshops
The best way to learn how to interpret the WOWI results is by attending one of our WOWI Workshops. It is, however, not required that you complete workshop training in order to administer and interpret the results for your clients.
Interpretive Report
The comprehensive WOWI Interpretive Report clearly explains the results of each WOWI scale. It combines information about your client's interests, personality and aptitudes to offer recommendations for a variety of occupations, which are at least a 90% match with your client’s profile.
Online Interpretation Resources
With the WOWI Online Site License, you will have access to a step-by-step Interpretation Guide. It is an excellent quick reference on the interpretation process and is convenient for training new personnel in the use of the World of Work Inventory (WOWI).
