“The World of Work Inventory is the foundational piece for our 5000 sophomores in the Phoenix Union High School District's career counseling program. The three components of the WOWI provide counselors, teachers, students, and parents with tangible, comprehensive, and practical insights for academic and career planning. We plan to continue using it since our counselors and students are excited about the results. We believe it equips high school students at the most opportune time to make wise career and college decisions. In addition, our WOWI strategy enables us to be in compliance with School-to-Work legislation.”
