What if my user ID or password doesn't work?

Sometimes the reason your user ID or password isn't working is simple. Following are some solutions you may want to try. If you can't solve the problem using this information, please contact the administrator, counselor or agency who first assigned this assessment to you.

Possible solutions:

• Try entering the letter l for the number 1, or vice versa, in either your user ID or password.
• Try entering the letter o for the number 0, or vice versa, in either your user ID or password.
• See if you may have mixed up your user ID with your password.
