What if my user ID or password doesn't work?

The most common reasons why User IDs and Passwords don't work are:

Entering the letter l for the number 1, or vice versa, in either your User ID or Password.

Entering the letter o for the number 0, or vice versa, in either your User ID or Password.

Mixing up your User ID with your Password or writing them down incorrectly.

If you cannot solve the problem using this information, please contact your test administrator to verify your User ID and Password.
